4 slices of natural pineapple

Wash and peel the carrots. Then cut them into slices.
Wash the celery stick and remove both the leaves and the white end where the stalks meet.

Preparation
Wash all ingredients before starting. Peel the cucumber, remove the ends and cut it into slices.
Chop the apple and celery into chunks; so that they break apart easily in the blender.
Put the cucumber, apple, celery, parsley, spinach, grated ginger, lemon juice, and water in the blender. Blend until the fruits and vegetables are completely mashed.
