Product tests are real. Today, I explain exactly how to start trying to keep boxes of free products each month. Some projects seek from 100 people, 500 people, 1000 or large groups of 5,000 people or more to try products for free at home and give their opinion on Social Networks. In the following list I have left you the most interesting pages and in which more projects to test products organize. I have tried to order them by their relevance and number of projects they organize and my personal experience with them. On these pages, you will find product tests of all sectors. We can test beauty products, makeup, cosmetics, food, cleaning products such as detergent and softeners, baby products, pet products for free.
TEST PANELS OF PRODUCTS TO JOIN
PINCH ME
It’s easy to sign up for free samples to try Pinch Me. They have changed frequently and the samples have been fast, so you need to do it quickly.
You need to keep an eye on the site to know when the sample boxes will be available.
DAILY GOODIE BOX
Daily Goodie Box is like Pinch Me (above) in that they ship sample boxes too. But the boxes are sporadic and not monthly. You can get up to ten samples in one box, and some of their samples are full size. You are supposed to give your opinion on the samples you are testing.
Some say that you are more likely to be selected for charts if you are active in their Facebook community.
PINECONE RESEARCH
Pineapple is better known as a paid survey panel, but it also tests products. And, as I’ve briefly mentioned above, they generally pay cash for product trials. Once you have received the product to test, you have a set period. Then they will send you a survey to complete their experiences. Payment is usually received a few days after completing the survey.
One of the downsides of Pinecone is that it is difficult to be accepted. They only look for certain demographics of people at different times. You can go here to try and sign up for Pinecone. You can also read a review from Pinecone Research.
BZZAGENT
I have some experience with BzzAgent. I have especially tried the Teddy Grahams and Ziploc microwave bags. It was so much fun getting this email for free! Like most other product testing sites, BzzAgent asks you to share your experiences. You won’t be selected for future shows if they can’t see you did it.
HOMESCHOOL.COM
Evaluators are randomly selected to Homeschool.com. Selections are based on geography, age of children, etc. Not all families are selected for product testing. They send you free books, free kits, and special reports. So this is probably ideal for you if you are a homeschooler parent. To register, you need to fill out the form on your website here. They will contact you by email if they have anything to prove.
RIPPLE STREET
You may know Ripple Street under a different name: House Party. They have changed their name, but it works the same way. With Ripple Street, you sign up to host parties with friends or family. The brands then send you products for your whole group to try. Ripple Street is ideal if you are selected because it sends you LOTS of free samples. They make sure you have enough for your entire group.
INFLUENSTER
Influenster publishes a few months a product called “Vox Box” that contains great products. In return, you must review and share the products on social media. I have selected a few times for the Vox boxes. Each time, I was very satisfied with the size and quantity of the samples in my box.
INSTYLE TRENDSETTERS
According to the website, “As an InStyle trend editor, you will regularly have the opportunity to share your thoughts, opinions, and preferences on a variety of style-related topics, from fashion to fashion. beauty, through interior decoration. You will also have the opportunity to try out new products and even tell us what you think about InStyle! I have no experience, but InStyle is a recognized quality brand. I know your Trendsetters dashboard has been around for quite some time.
MOM’S MEET
If you are a mom who really loves trying new “green” products, Mom’s Meet would be for you. Please note that you must be a mom ambassador or blogger to participate in your product trials. You can register for free as a Mothers Ambassador.
You are free to choose the products you want to try. If you are an ambassador, you will need to complete surveys of the products you have tried. And if you are a blogger, you will have to write about the products on these products.
BETABOUND
BetaBound is a free service provided by Centercode that gives you the opportunity to participate in beta testing. These are typically software and technology products. Members tested products from Logitech, Dell, Apple, and many other large companies.
Others include
- SHESPEAKS
- SMILEY 360
- THE PINK PANEL
- US ROBOTICS
Can You Work Testing Free Products?
It is NOT a job and we are not going to earn money for it. YES, that can be an effective measure to SAVE and to know new products that are launched on the market. Our reward in exchange for our opinions will be the products received. Send a survey if asked or perform different actions, they will explain what the information of each campaign consists of. If you are selected and you receive the products, but you DO NOT participate or do not perform the actions, you will probably not be selected again in future projects.
Many people who start participating in these types of projects ask me how long it will take until they are selected to test a specific product for free. NOBODY KNOWS IT, because it will depend on the specific product and the profile of the specific people they are looking for. On some occasions they will look for a certain profile and others will be selected by random drawing… It’s all a matter of luck.
